One-Sided Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia frequently affects both sides of the chest, but in this case, only the right breast was involved. Gynecomastia reduction was performed only on his right chest to restore symmetry.

Male Breast Reduction After Massive Weight Loss
Excess skin is very common after massive weight loss. In this case, the excess skin was removed from the lower chest leaving scars in the inframammary folds (IMFs). The scars are still pink because the photo is just a few weeks after surgery. As they mature, the scars blend into the IMFs and become hard to see. The nipples were in the resected skin, so they were reduced and replaced as skin grafts onto the chest.
Extreme weight loss calls for extreme makeovers. In this case the excess skin was removed and the nipples repositioned as skin grafts. The scars are new and fade as they mature.
