Surgery is still the most reliable method of correction. I have used Ultrasound for patients who are just developing capsular contracture with some luck when caught early, but large studies need to be done to see if this is really beneficial. I found a dr on the net (at 2am) but when I went back this am I could not find him. How new is it and how sucessfull is it? I did see some pictures and comments from the clients that all seemed very satisfied with the results.But I can't find very many drs on the west coast that use it.
