The results for this Winter’s 2013 Top Doctor Competition have been released, and Dr. Joseph Mele was awarded Top Plastic Surgeon in California, for demonstrated expertise, excellence and care. HealthTap, an online resource where patients can ask medical questions, sponsored the competition. Ratings were based on the amount of help provided by physicians, questions answered and thank you’s received, as well as peer review.
